Braunwyn Windham-Burke’s ex-husband Sean filed a declaration in divorce court, requesting more time to pay child support due to a delay in his employer’s payroll. He also criticized Braunwyn for not spending enough time at home, as she has been seen traveling to various locations on Instagram. Sean is asking for a reduction in child support payments based on the amount of time Braunwyn has been at home. Braunwyn has not responded in court.

Sean is asking for extra time to pay his child support and alimony, blaming the delay on his employer’s late payroll, while also accusing his ex-wife, Braunwyn, of not spending enough time at home with their children to warrant the amount of child support he is required to pay.

Sean Windham-Burke, the ex-husband of former Real Housewives of Orange County star Braunwyn Windham-Burke, has turned to the courts in a plea for an extension to pay his child support. In a declaration filed in divorce court, he cited a delay in his employer’s payroll as the reason for his inability to make the full payment. According to Sean, his employer had not paid the $26k monthly support due on the 1st of November for October 1st, 2023, but assured that the amount would be paid by November 1st. He attributed the delay in income to the delay in payments for child support and alimony, as ordered by the court in an earlier ruling.

The court had previously ordered Sean to pay Braunwyn a total of $11k per month in child and spousal support, to be deducted from his paycheck. Sean’s declaration also pointed out Braunwyn’s frequent travels, including trips to Puerto Rico, Portugal, and Morocco with Jennifer. He noted that due to Braunwyn’s absence from home for a significant portion of the time, he believed the child support arrangement should be adjusted accordingly to account for the reduced time with the children.

As of now, Braunwyn has yet to respond to Sean’s plea in court. The situation has shed light on the complexities that can arise in post-divorce financial arrangements, and the need for legal intervention to address changed circumstances. It remains to be seen how the court will decide on the matter and what implications it may have for the former couple and their children.
